Job DescriptionConduct a detailed on-site survey of all infrastructure equipment in our current company building, including numbering and labelingEstablish a comprehensive database for the numbered equipment and process existing dataPrepare the infrastructure for an interface project to link the database with periodic control and maintenance formsDevelop a system for easy equipment identification and access to historical records during periodic inspectionsProvide regular reports on project progress and collaborate with relevant departments.

QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a university Engineering or Architecture faculty (preferably a 3rd or 4th-year student)Interested in building automation systems, facility management, and digitalization, with well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel), detail-oriented, and systematic in approachCapable of teamwork, responsible, and possessing effective communication skillsAble to work in our office 3 days a week.
