Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Facility Management & Services Technician 4 to join their team. As a Facility Management & Services Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting building engineers. The ideal candidate will have reliability, basic trade knowledge, and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Facility Management & Services Technician 4
**Location:** Palo Alto, CA
**Pay Range:** $45.00 - $50.50 per hour
Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM -3:00 PM*
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in maintaining HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and plumbing systems.
+ Support building engineers with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) tasks.
+ Carry, lift, or check equipment as needed.
+ Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 2 year of experience in a related field (helper level and up).
+ No formal degree required, but trade school is a plus.
+ Driver’s license preferred.
+ Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
+ Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
