Facility Management IWMS Operator

Summary: Seeking a Facility Management IWMS Operator to manage and maintain facility management systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing technical support.

Requirements:

Basic AutoCAD proficiency Intermediate Excel proficiency Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX) 2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation or related field High school graduate

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with IFMA and BOMA standards Knowledge of database management and reporting tools

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the IWMS system Manage and update facility data including space, assets, and maintenance records Maintain floor plans for publishing to the IWMS system Generate reports for facility management decisions Provide technical support and training to facility management teams

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
