Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description

1/ Key role & Responsibility

Manage assigned engineering utility system from time to time to meet expectation about systematic overall of capacity, layout, manual, drawings, matrix, especially are proposed improvement to make it more efficiency on reliability, sustainability & costLeading projects of improvement, innovation, energy saving, etc to meet targetsSupport other FCM teams (FCM1, FCM3, FCM4, SES) on technical scopes to meet all target of Interrupt to Production (ITP), budget, cost saving, CO2 neutrality, energy saving & especially no impact to productionLeading Problem solving (PSS) for FCM systemsSystematizing & standardizing for all systems to ensure new investment forecastRelated topics to be in-charged & involved: site assessment, budget planning, new product/project, etc

2/ Comply with local legal, company safety guidelines and procedures

3/ Global Real Estate (GR) Network

Deliver services for Global Real Estate (GR), Country Steering Team (CST)Provide support (leadership, technical & experience) to GR networkContribute achievement of cost saving, energy saving, Integrated facility management (IFM) & reliability/sustainability

Qualifications

- Education: Degree in automation, electronic, electrical or engineering

- Work experience:

Min 7 - 10 years experience in relevant areas, prefer foreign companies: European, USAWell understood about FCM operations: systems, services with manufacturing sites 24/24Experience in utility supply/power supply, HVAC, CDA, light voltage system (PA, CCTV, FA, FF), gas supply, building managementIntensively working with FCM operations in manufacturing factory 24/24 - high demand/ high delivery

- Traits and Skills:
