Job Description

Facility management responsibilities: 
►You’ll coordinate with the contractor for ongoing maintenance to ensure operational and technical functionality of the business premises (including electrical installations, video surveillance, alarm systems, air-conditioning, heating and parking) and do supervision of contractor work.
►You’ll plan the optimal use of workspace and resources and reorganization for the purpose of optimal space utilization and cost management.
►You’ll coordinate of business premises hygiene maintenance. 
►You’ll coordinate the vehicle fleet. 
Facility management-security services responsibilities: 
►You’ll develop and update risk assessment documents. 
►You’ll manage video surveillance and access control management for the purposes of investigations, and also do identification and assessment of security risks at the site. 
►You’ll do operational implementation of security tasks derived from the site security framework and management of all technical security measures. 
►You’ll provide travel security support for colleagues visiting the site and create city security guidelines for high-risk countries.

Qualifications

Who you are? 
►You have proven expertise in project management
► You have Bachelor's degree of Technical faculty or similar. 
► You have minimum 5 years of professional experience in facility management. 
► You are fluent English in speaking and written. 
►You have worked with MS Office. 
► You have excellent organization and communication skills. 
► You have knowledge from security topics and risk assessment (this will be considered as beneficial).
