\t\t\t\t\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented and assertive Facility Maintenance Inspector to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across both laboratory and maintenance areas. This role is critical in maintaining facility integrity, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that all infrastructure meets regulatory and operational standards.•\tConduct routine and scheduled inspections of laboratory and maintenance areas in accordance with GMP regulations.•\tEvaluate facility conditions including cleanliness, structural integrity, and equipment functionality.•\tInspect and assess door gaps and other containment-related specifications to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.•\tDocument findings clearly and accurately; escalate concerns promptly and assertively to relevant stakeholders.•\tCollaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve identified issues and implement corrective actions.•\tMaintain inspection logs, reports, and records in alignment with regulatory requirements.•\tParticipate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives related to facility compliance.

\t\t\t\t\t•\tProven experience in facility inspection within GMP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar industries).•\tStrong understanding of GMP standards and facility compliance requirements.•\tDemonstrated expertise in evaluating door gap specifications and containment protocols.•\tExcellent communication skills with the ability to voice concerns clearly and professionally.•\tDetail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.•\tAbility to work independently and assertively in a cross-functional team environment.•\tNice to have: Familiarity with HVAC, cleanroom standards, and laboratory safety protocols.Culture Fit (Soft Skills)•\tGo-getter, Independent problem solver, assertive, not scared to escalate concerns

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $106.00 - $106.00/hr.
