Clean Harbors and its subsidiaries are a Military & Veteran friendly company. **Responsibilities** **Plant Operations** (30%): Oversee and perform plant operations including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, wastewater treatment, and groundwater sampling. **Paperwork and Compliance** (20%): Ensure all required paperwork for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations. **Supervision** (20%): Supervise operations staff, ensuring all activities meet compliance standards. **Work Environment** (15%): Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring that safety standards are consistently followed. **Sampling & Collection** (10%): Ensure that all sampling and leachate collection is completed within specified guidelines. **Forklift Operation** (5%): Operate a forklift as required. **Qualifications** **Education** : High School diploma or equivalent, with specialized training or at least 1 year of college in General Studies. **Experience** : 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role or related field. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered. **Certificates or Licenses** : Relevant certifications in operations and plant management preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities** : Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
