Service Operations ManagementOversee cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring consistent quality and standardsManage landscaping and grounds maintenance programsCoordinate waste management, recycling, and sustainability initiativesSupervise reception, concierge, and customer service functionsOversee catering, event management, and conference room servicesVendor & Contract ManagementNegotiate and manage contracts with soft services vendors and suppliersMonitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and quality assessmentsManage vendor relationships and resolve service-related issuesEnsure competitive pricing through strategic sourcing and procurementQuality Assurance & Client RelationsConduct regular facility inspections and quality auditsAddress tenant/occupant complaints and service requests promptlyImplement continuous improvement initiativesMaintain high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and functionalityCoordinate special projects and tenant move-in/move-out servicesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop soft services staff and supervisorsConduct performance evaluations and provide coachingImplement training programs and safety protocolsFoster a customer service-oriented cultureManage staffing levels and scheduling optimizationRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field5-8+ years of experience in facility management or hospitality services3+ years of supervisory or management experienceExperience in commercial real estate or corporate facilities preferredCore SkillsStrong vendor management and contract negotiation abilitiesExcellent customer service and relationship management skillsBudget management and financial analysis capabilitiesProficiency with facility management software and systemsKnowledge of cleaning, security, and hospitality service standardsTechnical CompetenciesUnderstanding of sustainability and environmental best practicesKnowledge of health and safety regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management platformsKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution capabilitiesAttention to detail and quality focusAbility to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environmentsCustomer service excellence mindsetPerformance MetricsTenant satisfaction scores and feedbackService level agreement compliance ratesBudget variance and cost managementVendor performance ratingsHealth and safety incident ratesSustainability and environmental targets
