Facility Executive - Soft Services

Facility Executive specializing in Soft Services overseas and manages all non-technical support services that enhance the workplace environment and user experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for all soft service contractorsLead and develop a team of soft services coordinators or supervisorsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to soft servicesCoordinate with hard services/technical teams to provide integrated facility management solutionsAct as the first point of contact for client concerns related to soft servicesDevelop and maintain JLL service policies, procedures, and standardsMaintain inventory and reports

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in managing soft services in commercial or corporate environmentsExperience with vendor management and contract negotiation

Skills

Strong team management abilitiesCustomer-focused mindsetStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesEffective stakeholder management skills

On-site –Lucknow, UP
