Job Description Summary

Job Description

The Facility Executive – Soft Services is responsible for managing and maintaining non-technical services within the building, such as housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and overall hygiene. The role ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for occupants and visitors.

🧹 Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping Management

Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activitiesEnsure cleanliness of offices, common areas, washrooms, and parking spacesMonitor cleaning schedules and quality standards

2. Vendor & Staff Coordination

Manage housekeeping, pest control, and waste management vendorsEnsure vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Track attendance and performance of outsourced staff

3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitationEnsure proper waste segregation and disposalFollow health, safety, and environmental guidelines

4. Inventory & Supplies Management

Maintain stock of cleaning materials and consumables (tissues, soaps, etc.)Raise purchase requests and control usage to avoid wastage

5. Complaint Handling

Address tenant/employee complaints related to cleanliness or servicesEnsure timely resolution and maintain service quality

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily reports, checklists, and inspection logsPrepare MIS reports for management review

🛠️ Required Skills

Good communication and team management skillsAttention to detail and cleanliness standardsBasic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)Problem-solving and coordination ability

🎓 Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma (preferred)Experience in facility management or housekeeping supervision (1–3 years preferred)
