Job Summary:

The Facility Executive – Soft Services is responsible for overseeing and managing all soft service operations, including housekeeping, pantry services, pest control, landscaping, and waste management. The role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall facility upkeep in line with company policies and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and vendor teams.

Ensure proper deployment of manpower and shift management.

Monitor cleaning schedules and maintain hygiene standards across the facility.

Oversee pantry operations, consumables stock, and replenishment.

Coordinate pest control, landscaping, and waste management activities.

Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.

Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on operations and performance.

Address client complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning chemicals.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle vendors and contractors.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, email).

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality / Facility Management or related field.

2–5 years of experience in facility management or housekeeping operations.

Experience in corporate, commercial, hospital, or hotel environments preferred.
