In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **This exciting role offers opportunity to:** **What you’ll do:** Responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure, equipment, and utilities of the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. + Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. + Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and reliably. + Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and breakdowns promptly. + Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations. + Design specification for facility or utility building project. + Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. + Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure facility readiness and support manufacturing needs. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or above. + Above 3 years facility. + Good communication skills. + Familiar with utility power system design,Autocad,MS Office. + Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized. + Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. + Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals. + Able to work under pressure and eager to learn. + Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization. + Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
