Most of your time will be working directly with Nike partners to accelerate innovation ideas into reality. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** The Nike Explore Team (NXT) Future Capabilities is looking for an initiative-taking and qualified individual to join the Advanced Product Creation Center (APCC)-Facilities team in the role of Facility Engineer II, reporting to the Senior Manager, APCC Operations. The candidate should have a working knowledge building operations and a basic understanding of mechanical systems, A high degree of problem-solving skills with the ability to be flexible in an ambiguous environment. Work both independently and in a collaborative work environment and be curious and open to learning to skills. **WHAT YOU BRING** + High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 5+ years relevant work experience. + Experience operating Powered Motorized Vehicles. + Have a strong customer service mindset. + Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and sketches. + Ability to use measurement equipment, tape measures, basic hand tools, pallet jacks, dollies. + Experience creating CAD layouts a plus. + Be a creative and active problem solver. + Ability to manage multiple competing projects simultaneously. + Proficient in Microsoft office suite and project management software. + Strong proven communication skills. + Ability to work in a team environment with short project deadlines. + Ability to lift tools, parts, and various equipment (up to 50lb) is required **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** As a Facility Engineer, you will collaborate with Leaders, Engineers, Innovators, and other stakeholders to deliver on-time results for building related repairs, modifications, equipment moves, and improvements. You will also handle coordinating building-related material handling, space changes, 5S events, be a liaison for shipping & receiving. Expectations to deliver solutions quickly ensure a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Success depends on ability to be a self-starter and work well in an environment of ambiguity.
