Working closely with custody staff, the Coordinator ensures timely access to care and effective scheduling. The role includes conducting sick calls, responding to emergency calls, and reviewing grievances. Additional responsibilities involve supervising nursing shifts, managing inventory and supplies, and performing quality assurance audits.
