As a Facility Coordinator, you’ll: + Ensure **Health and Safety** is a top priority by following policies and maintaining a safe workspace. + Perform compliance checks on manifest paperwork and enter data into WINWEB. + Interact with visitors, drivers, and co-workers to keep operations running smoothly. + Create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for shipments. + Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck paperwork. + Maintain trailer inventories and handle data entry into internal systems. + Perform general clerical duties, such as typing, filing, and administrative tasks as needed. **What You’ll Need to Succeed** We’re looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and team players! + High school diploma or equivalent required. + **1+ years** of related work experience preferred. + Strong computer skills are a must! + DOT training/knowledge is a plus. + Excellent communication and organizational abilities. **Why Join Clean Harbors?** Clean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
