Facility Coordinator

Location: Remote
Schedule: 8am – 5pm (may be subject to change due to client requisite)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support a dedicated client account. In this role, you’ll manage service requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth operations through the ServiceChannel platform. You’ll be the go-to expert for system support and client communication, helping maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to incoming service requests via Zendesk. Prioritize and triage requests based on urgency and impact. Dispatch service requests to vendors and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Provide basic training and support to clients and vendors on ServiceChannel tools. Collaborate with Facility Managers to coordinate services and special projects. Add and onboard vendors, ensuring they understand procedures and compliance requirements. Review work orders for cost-saving opportunities (e.g., warranty, landlord responsibility). Track and document all service requests and resolutions accurately. Evaluate emergency work orders and escalate as needed. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and vendors. Identify and report system issues to the Support and Development teams. Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing and cross-training.

What You Bring

Required:

Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and adapt to feedback. High school diploma or GED. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Customer service mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Preferred:

Experience in facilities maintenance, customer service, or software support. Familiarity with:  ServiceChannel Zendesk Five9 Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Background in restaurant or retail facilities management.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 47,500.00 - 88,100.00
