About the job:Coordinate on all hard and soft FM related matters in client office.Vendor management/sourcing for any works require.Over seeing cleaner performance and working with cleaners on meeting/catering set up.Handling all Deliveries at all times during office hours.To manage Consumable items, e.g., include pantry items.Coordinate and set up meeting/catering at all times during office hours.Assist/deployment on monitoring of possible security and IT mattersSetting up/ monitoring of inventories for client's office.Ensuring safety requirement are met within the workplace.Manage maintenance works. Ensure that vendors cover all their servicing items as scheduled.Knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Word and ExcelBe proactive and manage Client relationship.Coordinate and communicate among internal team, C&W Services.Preparation of minutes of meeting, management report, calling for quotation, preparation of quotation.Perform administrative works, e.g. Permit to Work, Safety cert renewal, generate reports & billing coordination.Liaise with Client representative should there be any facilities upgrading and renovation needs, which includes sourcing for, evaluate and recommend solutions for the upgrading renewal replacement.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required by client.About You:
Diploma in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenanceKnowledge in building works and facilities managementPossess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholdersWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
