Job TitleFacility CoordinatorJob Description SummaryProvide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office/facility. Manage service objectives for timely completion of jobsJob DescriptionSchedule: Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:30pm).Pay: $38hr.Follow up with scheduler/planner to ensure customer satisfaction.Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action. Escalate concerns to proper authority in a timely manner.Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment. Maintain an up-to-date vendor contact information on a shared platform.Maintain on-going communication with contractors, clients, and teamCreate and record appropriate written communication between all parties.Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment and lab equipment.Manage service objectives for timely completion of jobs.Assist with obtaining yearly service contract details, quotes and purchase order creation.Follow up on purchase orders invoice and soft closed with accounts payable.Assist vendors with work order related invoices and purchase order adjustments.
IMPORTANT EDUCATION
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an administrative, accounting or tenant services capacity.Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.Previous customer service experience.Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred.C&W Services is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
