일반적인 문의 및 민원에 대한 접수 및 FM 담당자에게 전달

민원 처리 내용 업데이트의 원활한 진행을 위한 모니터링 실행

민원 접수 대장의 진행 처리 내용을 상시 업데이트

주간 사건·사고 현황을 FM 담당자에게 업데이트 요청 

민원 접수 대장 최신본을 매주 Client Company에 송부

Account 생성 시 Famis360 계정 요청 메일 송부

접수 대장에 반영된 민원에 대한 Work Order(WO) 발행

Famis360 내 발행된 Work Order Status 관리 

비용 처리를 위한 Purchase Order(PO) 발행
