Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. **Position Overview** The person in this position performs complex or specialized technical assignments usually in the nature of projects, which requires the ability to work independently. Uses considerable judgment, a high degree of initiative, creative approaches in troubleshooting, and adapts to rapidly shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment. Makes recommendations for continuous improvement across areas of responsibility. **Essential Job Functions** + Support daily operations with operational vendors, lab equipment service agreement management + Coordinate janitorial support + Coordinate and Lead Space Management for entire site + Assist in coordination of office and lab builds + General and universal waste management + Managing service tickets + Supports site communications + Coordination of facility setup for group meetings. + Work closely with the Facilities Manager and the other skilled trades at the facility + Ensure the cleanliness of the premises via inspection and light supervision. + Perform general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including; carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, painting, custodial, etc. + Expected to support the various trade personnel at a facility or complex in the performance and completion of their duties as needed and assigned. + Helps to ensure all building and maintenance policies, procedures, SOP’s, codes, regulations, etc. are followed and enforced including safety systems and standards. + May be required to respond to restroom service requests. **Requirements** + At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities or a related field. + Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong oral and written. communications skills. + Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications. + Ability to work flexible hours to include nights & weekends if necessary. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. + Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements. + There may be continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) + Employee may be required to lift objects up to 25lbs or more. + Employees will be required to work in an air conditioned office space and possibly perform some tasks in our non-temperature controlled warehouse space. _NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
