SummaryPerforms general preventive maintenance and repair of various areas around the facilityJob Responsibilitiesbull Completes work orders documents appropriate information on completed work andor documents the status of equipment in order to maintain appropriate records for regulatory agenciesbull Utilizes materials wood metal concrete plastics composites to fit and install glass windows pictures ceiling tiles perimeter rail systems wood trim and moldings medical hardware stations fire extinguishers eye wash stations and other projectsbull Performs general outside maintenance mowing lawns weeding raking leaves trimming bushes snow removal and ice control tasks shoveling saltingbull Perform minor plumbing repairs and replacements of faucets toilets and flush valvesbull Performs the decorative application to walls ceiling and other structures which include scraping sanding filling holes and cracks removing replacing outlet and switch covers masking and applying paint or wall
