Job Description
Join our team as a General Facilities Technician, responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of hospital facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital's infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks within the hospital facility.Repair drywall, doors, and locks.Replace light bulbs and air filters.Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing fixtures such as toilets and sinks.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.Essential Skills
Experience with hand tools and power tools.Mechanical aptitude.Basic knowledge in construction, plumbing, paint preparation, repair, carpentry, and electrical work.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry are highly desirable but not mandatory.Familiarity with utilizing an online work order system is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work within a hospital environment performing general maintenance duties. The position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no on-call duties initially. Once converted, you will be on-call one week per month. Expect minimal overtime, only when critical tasks require it.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
