**Job Title: Facilities Technician** **Job Description**
This position involves traveling to current customer sites to install CO2 monitors, due to new regulations. The work is light, low-voltage, similar to installing a fire alarm, and involves using CAT 5 cabling. The role focuses on non-residential areas, such as restaurants, gas stations, and other commercial clients.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install CO2 monitors at customer sites using CAT 5 cabling.
+ Ensure each installation is completed with precision and adheres to safety standards.
+ Document each site visit and installation, including mileage for reimbursement.
+ Report to the depot each morning to receive the list of sites for the day.
+ Drive to customer locations, which may be up to 1.5 hours away, using a personal vehicle.
+ Complete 3-4 installations per day after training.
+ Return to the shop daily to submit mileage and installation reports.

**Work Environment**
Work independently post-training, with minimal field management. Initial training includes two weeks of onboarding and shadowing a senior technician. The typical workday runs from 7 am to 5:30 pm, and involves starting at the depot to receive your assignments. The environment is dynamic, requiring travel to various commercial locations. Document your work daily to maintain transparency and earn mileage reimbursement.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
