Job Title: Facilities TechnicianJob Description

The primary role of a Facilities Technician is to provide comprehensive maintenance support for assigned buildings, ensuring their safety, security, and optimal condition.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.Maintain general and preventative maintenance for carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.Essential SkillsInterpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.10 years of experience in a related field.Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and facilities maintenance.Experience in building maintenance and preventive maintenance.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
