Facilities Technician

A client in Chandler, AZ is looking to bring on a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This will be a contract position with possible extensions, working onsite 7:00am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 5:00pm. This individual will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and services to all building and/or production equipment. On the day to day, responsibilities can also include assisting in improvements and providing customer service requests to all onsite personnel.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment is maintained according to manufacturer’s instructions and on schedule.
- Filling out all needed documentation of maintenance performed.
- Inspect equipment and systems to ensure proper function.
- Ensure all equipment is operating properly or provide the needed repairs to return equipment to proper operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or situations.
- Ensure all service tickets and requests from onsite personnel are attended to in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all local and federal safety regulations, standards, and company policy.
- Assist where needed in making improvements to any and all spaces onsite.
