Job Description Insight Global is looking for a facilities technician to support a local telecommunications client to assist with basic maintenance tasks and support contractor activities across our facilities. This role requires physical capability, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations and upkeep of our workspaces. Perform basic maintenance tasks including: Changing light bulbs. Locating and operating water valves and electrical breakers. Resetting environmental equipment (e.g., boilers, chillers, alarm systems). Assist with moving furniture, carrying boxes, and other physical tasks (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively). Use basic hand tools safely and effectively. Support and oversee contractors performing scheduled maintenance on facility equipment. Follow verbal and written instructions accurately and provide timely feedback to team members and contractors. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
