1. Ensure ticket closure as per OVSC meeting date line

2. Ensure zero ITP and ITS

3. Ensure zero escalation and feedback to/from customer

4. Ensure Change over for system N+1 as per schedule

5. Ensure R & R facilities equipments carried out timely

6. Ensure the Building Monitoring System(BMS) of facilities control parameter within the spec.

7. On Job Training of Junior Ops. Tech of ops equipment

8. Assist the OEM to carry out checking and trouble shooting

9. Assist the Facility engineer, System owner to carry out checking and trouble shooting

10. Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting

Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.

Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.

Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.

Plan and schedule repairs.

Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.

Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.

Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
