Facilities Technician
Job Title: Facilities Technician

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr.

Shift: Day Shift

Job Description

Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility. Identify issues with the facility and contact an outside vendor to fix those issues. Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning areas, hanging pictures, and minor plumbing work. Track work orders through the CMMS system Maximo. Perform monthly checks of facility and safety equipment by inspecting extinguishers and alarms. Knowledge of hand tool usage is required. The bulk of the work is focused on maintenance with very minor installation work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
