What you will do
Perform repairs on facility plumbing, electrical lighting, ceiling tiles and flooring, walls, doors, and other facility equipmentConduct diagnostic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on facilities components and fixtures, including electrical fixturesPerform salting on sidewalks, walkways, and entrances as neededMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility oil room, ground storage and other utility rooms to 6S standardsManage plant HAZMAT storage and disposition to EPA standardsInstall and maintain compressed air and process gas lines and infrastructurePerform production machine and equipment troubleshooting and repair, including basic welding as neededExecute moves of office furniture and office components as neededCoordinate outside contractors to perform facilities work
What you need
Required
High School diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of professional work experienceAbility to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbsAbility to walk, sit, stand, kneel, or stoop for prolonged periods as neededPreferred
