Seeking an experienced Facilities Systems Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize test lab facilities systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering or building management Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Proficiency in facilities management software and tools Strong project management and organizational skills Experience with Refrigeration and Boiler Systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sustainable building practices and energy management Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) Industry-specific experience or similar environment experience

Job Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and optimize all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical infrastructure Oversee annual maintenance schedules, including budgeting and supplier interface Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant standards Implement efficient processes to improve system operations and reduce downtime

Pay Details: $50.00 to $61.00 per hour
