Performs maintenance services and repairs for the facility in a corporate or manufacturing site or facility.
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities Coordination with services (security, cleaning, and gardening)• General building maintenance, repair and security, including coordination of sub-contractors.
• Ensures the maintenance of the building (door, windows, Walls, painting, tracing, hydraulic and pneumatic circuit, lighting, fence mesh, tables, chair …….).
• follow-up the maintenance of machinery with the service providers.
• Building security.
• assembly and dismantling of office furniture.
• Support plant EH&S initiatives.
• Coordination of HVAC contracts and maintenance.
• Building lighting
• Establish work instructions
• Set up an action plan
• Integration of equipment in preventive planning.
• follow-up of service provider assignment (cleaning and guarding).
• Ensures the realization of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual and weekly preventive follow-ups.
• Follow the consumption of industrial supplies
• Installation of equipment (unpacking, electrical and pneumatic installation, etc.)
• Minor wall repair and painting

Educational Degree
Technician diploma in Maintenance and Electricity.
Professional Experience
Over 3 years of professional experience in the Facilities field.
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of basic hand tools and their proper use.
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to work approximately 75% indoors and 25% outdoors.
Other Important Information
He can move between TE plants according to his manager’s instructions.
