Primary Job Responsibilities

 

Act as the primary point of contact for all onsite operations in Luxor Supervise support staff including maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams Oversee facility maintenance, safety, utilities, and vendor coordination Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards Manage site readiness for operational needs and coordinate improvements Monitor budgets, supplies, and facility performance metrics

Qualifications:

Must be based in Luxor Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred) Proven experience managing facility operations or leading support teams Strong organizational and leadership skills Good command of English (written and spoken)
