This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all operational aspects of a portfolio of assets, supporting property managers with all repairs and investment plans. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work with owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure they implement and understand all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. + Handle all customer inquiries and compile work orders. + Compile reports to track performance and progress. + File work orders, proposals, departmental files, and other documentation submitted by vendors. + Oversee off-site activities, such as proper waste disposal and recycling. + Follow instructions, brief correspondence, and ask clarifying questions. + Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Use existing procedures to resolve simple problems, with limited discretion. + Make an impact through clearly defined and detailed roles, methods, and tasks.
