Facilities Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Summary: Seeking a Facilities Supervisor / Manufacturing Engineer for 2nd shift to oversee fabrication processes, ensure equipment maintenance, and optimize manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

3-5 years supervisory experience

Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and maintenance

Knowledgeable in CNC/NC programming and machine tooling

Sheetmetal experience

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with trades and machine tooling knowledge

Experience with CMMS systems

Responsibilities:

Oversee fabrication processes ensuring quality standards and production schedules

Develop maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance

Maintain accurate records of fabrication and maintenance activities

Lead and supervise a team providing guidance, training, and support

Identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality

Pay: 87000-98000

Pay Details: $87,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year
