Facilities Specialist I

ADI Global is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Administrator to support the upkeep and functionality of our 4 Charlotte based buildings. This role is responsible for coordinating routine maintenance tasks, managing vendor communications, and ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, and operational. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
**JOB DUTIES:**
**_Facility Operations & Maintenance_**
+ Perform and coordinate daily maintenance tasks across Charlotte-based facilities.
+ Schedule and manage service appointments with vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and security needs.
+ Maintain preventative maintenance logs and ensure timely execution of scheduled tasks.
+ Assist with shipping and receiving operations at the Panorama facility.
+ Liaise regularly with site leaders to identify, escalate, and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
**_Compliance and Safety_**
+ Monitor facilities for compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
+ Support implementation of safety protocols and assist in emergency response coordination.
**_Vendor Coordination_**
+ Request service quotes and coordinate routine maintenance and repair work with contractors.
+ Track vendor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
**_Administrative Support_**
+ Maintain records related to maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and facility inspections.
+ Communicate facility-related updates to site teams and escalate issues as needed.
**_Racking & Store Support_**
+ Assist with procurement and delivery coordination of racking systems and store fixtures.
+ Track inventory of racking components and support installation logistics.
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
+ Familiarity with store & warehouse racking systems
**WE VALUE:**
+ OSHA certification or relevant facilities support training.
+ Experience working with vendors and service providers.
