Requirements + 2+ years of B2B account management experience (bonus points for facility management). + Proven success in client retention and upselling—you know how to grow an account! + High attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through. + A positive, energetic personality with excellent communication skills. + CRM and Microsoft Office know-how. + Local travel to client sites—yes, you’ll be out in the field doing what you do best.
