Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is looking for an experienced Facility Security / Logistics Manager in Honolulu, HI to join our C5ISR Business Unit supporting DoD customer missions. 

 

The ideal candidate possesses extensive working experience in functional areas such as facility/property management and security officer duties. The individual will be responsible for performing all disciplines within security to include personnel security, physical security, document control, visitor control, and information system security. Will be responsible for the opening, closing and daily management of a 5,000–10,000 sf. Commercial facility. 

 

Directs a wide range of logistics functions and manages personnel. Prepares documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment, and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment. Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts, and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate the impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component, and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of the product. Manages government property and facilities and provides reports on that property on a monthly basis.

The applicant must have a working knowledge and experience with the below responsibilities.

Essential Job Responsibilities Strong knowledge in managing cleared facilities. Initiating and overseeing new cleared facility process. Implementing the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and other government/corporate directives as applicable. Knowledge of procedures in safeguarding and accountability of all classified materials. Participate in the implementation of the company's Insider Threat Program (ITP). Participate in and complete security selfassessments. Ensure that a clean desk policy is implemented and adhered to. Assist in authoring and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responds to and investigates security infractions. Knowledge of critical infrastructure (i.e.; alarm systems, access control systems, fire alarms, etc.) and the ability to interface with vendors that provide these services. Hosts government inspectors for security inspections as needed. Provides advice and assistance to staff in connection with facility management and security matters. Maintains liaison with management and other departments related to security matters. Proactively identifies and apprises management of developments, problems and/or general status of facility security operations. Strong knowledge of the practices, procedures, and policies involved in facilities management. Manages facilities functions, including task coordination, vendor contract review, maintenance, etc. Supports financial review of facility expenditures and allocation of facility costs, etc. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of all furniture and equipment to include all IT devices and systems. Ensures compliance with company and government regulations related to safety and environmental issues. Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position. Minimum Qualifications

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

6 years of directly related experience in the DoD Industrial Security Program.  Requires knowledge of the Federal Supply System Experience in planning, controlling, and executing work in a high volume/paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Completion of DSS Academy courses / FSO certification within 4 months of employment. Clearance: Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance; with CI Poly preferred
