**Shift** : Monday-Friday 9:00AM 5:00PM
**Location:** 627 PROGRESS WAY, Sanford, 32771
**The role you'll contribute:**
Responsible for implementing procedures for identifying and controlling workplace hazards. This position develops and communicates safety plans, rules, and work procedures. Additionally, this role conducts or provides training for all employees in safe and healthful work practices. In addition, this position maintains data of all procedures as it relates to HITRUST certification. Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to safety, security, and emergency management, monitors fire equipment to ensure safety compliance, establishes evacuation protocols in the event of an emergency, and assists in corporate campus business continuity planning.

+ Provides recommendations for improving workplace safety and security.
+ Supervises the Security Operations Team to ensure effective performance and adherence to protocols.
+ Develops and implements security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
+ Monitors and responds to emergency, non-emergency, and alarm calls, providing assistance and direction.
+ Conducts regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
+ Coordinates and oversees training programs for team members on safety, security, and emergency management.
**The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:**
**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Associates degree
+ 2 years work experience
+ 2 years leadership experience
+ Valid in state Drivers License with current car insurance
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ National Incident Management System FEMA Training (NIMS)
+ FEMA - Emergency Management (EMERGENCY MG)
