This position is fully onsite and will require travel to facilities within the Dallas/ Fort Worth area based on business needs and project requirements, with occasional travel to other facilities as necessary.
Facilities
Bring your ideas and experience to oversee constructions projects from inception to completion. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and external contracts to ensure seamless project execution. This role is instrumental to ensure our projects align with Bell’s objectives, budget and schedule contributing to our overall success and growth.
What you’ll be doing as a Facilities Project Manager
Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of Bell facilities projects, including planning, design, construction scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Design Construction Management: Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Cost Management: Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, and change orders; ensure cost control measures are in place.
Contract Administration: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Bell health and safety standards.
Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, including status reports on schedule, budget, and key milestones.
Problem Solving: Address project challenges promptly, working with all parties to resolve issues effectively and maintain progress

Skills You Bring to this Role
Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experienced in developing, implementing and improving processes
Understanding of financial management and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of design and construction management principles, methods, and practices with ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
Familiarity with project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements and strong commitment to quality, safety and ethical practices
