What You’ll Do:
Lead capital equipment projects from proposal through installation, including writing funding documentation and managing budgets and timelines.Specify, procure, and implement custom industrial equipment tailored to production needs.Oversee on-site equipment installations and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring seamless integration into manufacturing operations.Provide ongoing technical support and continuous improvement for installed systems.Develop and maintain detailed 2D/3D facility and equipment layouts.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.Present project updates and technical content to engineering and production leadership.Support other PCC engineering teams in solving complex, equipment-related challenges.Represent PCC professionally in interactions with customers, suppliers, and contractors.Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and driving results.What You Bring:
Required:
5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.3+ years of hands-on project management experience, including construction oversight.Strong background in industrial equipment procurement and implementation.Proven ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.Analytical mindset with a logical approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Preferred:
Familiarity with furnaces, pressure vessels, and foundry equipment.Knowledge of hydraulic systems and machine design principles.PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.Experience leading engineering teams or supervising technical staff.Understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and ISO standards for industrial safety and equipment.Why Join Us?
