You’ll collaborate with a team of assessment professionals to conduct on-site evaluations, analyze data, and deliver strategic insights that support long-term campus planning. This role offers the opportunity to travel, engage with campus leaders, and contribute to meaningful improvements in educational environments. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct on-site facility assessments and gather data through walk-throughs and meetings with campus stakeholders. + Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client goals and collect relevant information. + Analyze facility data using Excel and other tools to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. + Translate data into actionable insights and develop presentations that tell a compelling story. + Collaborate with Project Leads and Account Managers to refine recommendations and deliver presentations to campus leadership. + Communicate effectively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure alignment and clarity. + Support strategic planning efforts by identifying how data can address campus needs and priorities. **Qualifications:** **Required** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. + Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover meaningful insights. + Collaborative team player who is proactive and adaptable. + Comfortable identifying challenges and determining when to escalate or resolve independently. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. **Preferred** + Experience in facilities planning, construction, or related fields. + Familiarity with strategic planning or asset management in educational or institutional settings **Additional Information:** + This role involves travel up to 50%, including site visits across various campuses. + Physical aspects of the role may include walking across campus environments for extended periods and occasional outdoor work or ladder use.
