đ§ What Youâll Do
As a Facilities & Physical Security Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of facility operations and ensure adherence to security standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global teams to ensure the site operates efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
đą Facilities Management
Oversee service provider contracts and coordinate ad-hoc facility needsMonitor & execute the site maintenance planConduct regular inspections and ensure procedures are followedđ Security Coordination
Welcome visitors and manage site accessGuide new employees through security onboardingSupport physical security standards and compliance assessmentsCollaborate with global and external security teamsđ§© Other Operational Responsibilities
Support refurbishments and coordinate with vendors and contractorsCreate Purchase Orders for services and suppliesManage vending, coffee machines, meal cards, and office suppliesOversee the in-house restaurant service providerJob Qualifications
