The role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee governance and reporting for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio. This critical role ensures robust performance management, financial tracking, and compliance with all contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Please note this role will be required in Huntingwood with ability to travel to Sydney CBD once a week.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to JLL's operating model and governance frameworks for IFM deliveryLead regular governance meetings with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to review performance, compliance, and riskReporting & AnalyticsDevelop, maintain, and deliver regular reports on work order performance, including response times, resolution times, backlog, and completion ratesTrack and report on financial performance, including budget adherence, cost savings, and variance analysisOversee collection, validation, and reporting of all contractual KPIs and SLAs with accurate and timely submissionPerformance ManagementMonitor and drive continuous improvement in service delivery by analyzing trends in work order data, financials, and KPI/SLA resultsIdentify underperformance or risk areas and implement corrective actions with operational teams and subcontractorsSupport implementation of best practices and process improvements across the IFM portfolioStakeholder EngagementServe as primary point of contact for governance and reporting matters with clients and JLL team

Requirements:

Experience in facilities management, operations, or related field with strong understanding of IFM delivery modelsDemonstrated ability to manage governance processes and reporting for large, complex portfoliosProficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard platforms (Power BI, Tableau, JLL proprietary systems)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with KPIs, SLAs, and financial tracking in service delivery environments
