What this job involves
To drive Engineering Reliability Programs ensuring Mechanical System including Oil Free Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Vacuum, Process Exhaust system reliability in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, safety, and system requirements. And provide comprehensive process management with a focus on continuous improvement and enhancing CPI/KPI deliverables with the application of Best Practices and drive standardization across functional.
Facilities Management
The Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract. Responsible for site facilities operation – mainly on Mechanical Process (OFA, PCW, GEX, WEX & PVAC).Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff – be on top of PM/CM executions & any improvementsResponsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA – Process Mechanical HOTREnsure compliance with all governmental regulations – contributing to some of DOSH (PMT) & DOE (Exhaust) inspections.The single point of contact for technical issue for FM at the site – especially on Process Mechanical issues/events ((OFA, PCW, GEX, WEX & PVAC).Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities – OFA compressors energy consumption & conservations.Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule – Process Mechanical related scopesInitiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basis – System health check (Quarterly), Pro-active ILM (Monthly), PM/CM Audits (Monthly).Initiate and maintain Preventive Management Program – supervise & coordinate suppliers & in-house PM team.Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project Development – partner together with SO.Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completionClient/Stakeholder Management
Manage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achieved – Process Mechanical related services.Build strong working relationships with key client representatives.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures.Procurement & Vendor Management
Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations, established processes, tools and documentationManage contract on vendors for technical servicesRisk Management
Ensure alignment and compliance to established Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the management of the client’s Critical Environment (CEM)Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to the established change management controls for all sitesProtect the health and safety of staff and others by adhering to and developing guidelines and strategies – Mostly on planned PM/CM executions & any other projects.Conduct audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plan and escalation procedures are in place and maintainedEnsure compliance with JLL programs and audit programs and participate in EOS community initiativesSite Operations
Plan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Process Mechanical works pertaining to the facility24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredManage M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated timeContinuous optimization of processes, tools and documentationAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsEmergency Call Out
Stand by 24*7 for all emergency call outsMaintain register of all call outs and prepare incident reportsCoordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of faultLocation:
