Role Summary
The MAC Manager (Moves, Adds, Changes) serves as a critical lead for the Global Real Estate (GRE) team, ensuring the seamless execution of facility transitions and workplace optimizations across all assigned sites. This role is the primary on-site representative for the GRE department, responsible for translating business needs into actionable projects—from managing complex workstation relocations to overseeing furniture procurement and third-party labor budgets.
The ideal candidate is a systems-savvy professional, proficient in Archibus and Famis 360, who can balance technical project management with high-level stakeholder engagement. You will be the "face" of the facility, driving operational excellence, managing fiscal performance, and building the essential relationships that keep our workplace functional, efficient, and aligned with global corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Management: Oversee and execute all move, add, and change (MAC) work requests utilizing client-specific and Cushman & Wakefield IFM platforms, specifically Archibus and Famis 360, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
Project Oversight: Lead the end-to-end management of small-to-medium facility projects across all assigned sites, from initial scope definition through to final delivery and close-out.
Asset & Furniture Procurement: Manage the full lifecycle of furniture orders for assigned locations, including specification, vendor coordination, and installation oversight to meet site-specific needs.
Financial Stewardship: Direct 3rd-party labor budgets, performing rigorous tracking and analysis of quarterly and annual expenditures to ensure fiscal alignment and cost-efficiency.
Strategic Representation: Serve as the primary on-site ambassador for the Global Real Estate (GRE) team, providing a high-touch professional presence and ensuring corporate standards are upheld locally.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively build and maintain collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders, identifying their needs and delivering tailored facility solutions that support their operational goals.
