The Facilities Manager II oversees facilities departments in their assigned market.
Duties/Responsibilities
The Facilities Manager II is a Leader of the Facilities Department Visits markets quarterly, perform quarterly facilities inspection and document via checklist Handles 3-4 markets (5-15 locations) Keep PM agreements up to date, bid as needed, and manage vendors, construction warranty inspections Capture lesson learned for construction standards for continuous improvement standards and development of proven best practices Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organizationEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 10-15 year’s facilities management experience Microsoft Office Suite Project Management: Scope Development, Budgeting, Invoicing, Time Management, Scheduling, Forecasting, Resource Planning Auto Retail experience a plus
