Role Summary

Responsible for the safe, reliable operation of data centre facilities and critical infrastructure, supporting 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operation of data centre facilities

Oversee critical systems (power, cooling, UPS, generators, fire systems)

Plan and manage preventive and reactive maintenance

Supervise contractors and service providers

Respond to incidents, alarms, and outages as required

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation

Support 24/7 operational availability of the data centre

Provide out-of-hours support for incidents, maintenance, and emergencies

Requirements

Degree holder in engineering field

5 years or more experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical environment

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Comfortable working in a 24/7, mission-critical setting
