You will champion innovation, foster a culture that embraces new technologies and process improvements, and proactively adapt infrastructure and talent strategies to meet emerging semiconductor demands. This role is defined by intellectual curiosity, strategic insight, and the courage to drive transformative change. **Key Responsibilities** + Strategic Leadership & Innovation: + Develop and execute a long-term vision for facility growth, technology integration, and sustainability. + Champion digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. + Anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt infrastructure and talent strategies. + Operational Excellence & Team Empowerment: + Lead facility support operations, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and installations of critical equipment. + Inspire and empower teams through clear communication while developing future leaders. + Establish and enforce systems for equipment training, facilities operations, and safety protocols. + Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partnerships: + Build strategic partnerships with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies. + Drive regional economic growth and ensure supply chain and operational security. + Spearhead facility expansion initiatives and catalyze investments to support long-term organizational objectives. + Safety, Compliance & Risk Management: + Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. + Oversee risk management strategies and emergency response protocols. + Monitor and respond to critical facility systems and alarms. _Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position._ **Why TI?** + Engineer your future. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree + 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management + 5 years leading teams **Preferred qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering + Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing, diverse teams + Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change initiatives and driving innovation + Experience in budget development and management + Familiarity with software/hardware control systems, SCADA, EAM/CMMS systems, and digital facility management tools + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and report to senior management effectively **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
