What this job involves:

JLL is seeking experienced and adaptable Facilities Managers for casual engagements with our FM on Demand team. This unique opportunity allows you to take on diverse facility management projects across various property types, with engagements ranging from short-term assignments to extended contracts based on client needs and your availability.

Our FM on Demand model provides the flexibility to accept assignments that suit your schedule—whether that's a few days, several weeks, or longer-term projects. You'll work with different clients across various sectors, building your experience while maintaining control over your professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and service deliveryEnsure property compliance with regulations and safety standardsOversee planned and reactive maintenance programsManage third-party supplier relationships and contractor performanceAssist in budget management and cost optimizationContribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG objectives

Requirements:

7-10 years property management experience or 5+ years in related fieldFM or technical qualifications preferred (BIFM, RICS, or equivalent)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel, CAFM systems, and data analysisValid driver's license and willingness to travel across assignmentsExperience managing critical environments (data centers, healthcare, etc.)
