Responsible for the management of a property (or group of properties) for a client and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the terms of the property’s management agreement.

What you will be doing:

The management of facilities management services for the Site assigned. Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure that the Site is maintained so as to meet the service standard.  Oversee the security and fire safety of the Site.  Respond to emergencies and lead the team to attend to the situation. 

You are:

Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant disciplineMinimum 5 year of facilities management experience in facilities servicesMust be Fire Safety Management Certification
